No. It organizes scope, pricing, exclusions, allowances, terms, and unresolved questions so you can make your own hiring decision.

What happens after I hire?

CheckMyBids is intentionally pre-hire. Move the accepted contract amount, scope, allowances, and payment milestones into CheckMyRemodel to track the live project.

Is there a subscription?

No. Public tools and Bid Snapshot are free. Full reviews are one-time purchases based on the number of bids.

Can real estate investors use it?

Yes. Investor Mode adds a trade-based rehab comparison path for flippers and small real-estate investors.

How long are uploaded bid PDFs stored?

Source bid PDFs may be retained privately for up to 180 days, then are scheduled for deletion. CheckMyBids may retain the generated review and de-identified structured benchmark data used to improve its tools. Read the data policy.
